EQ bank card euro withdrawal in Portugal

Portugal banks have an interbank network called MB(MultiBanco).  Using EQ bank card to withdraw cash from MB ATM has no fees and good exchange rates. 


Per Mastercard web site, the exchange rates on Apr.26,27 were 1.4694,1.4688.  Avoid using Euronet ATMs!
